Full payment is required at the time of purchase through our website to secure your order. Orders will not be processed or scheduled until payment is completed.

All payments are considered final once production begins.

🔁 Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once production has started.

🛠️ Customized Orders

Customized products are final sale. Once the customer approves the design, specifications, or details of the order, no changes, returns, or refunds will be accepted.

Each item is made specifically for the client.

⏳ Production Time

Our production time may vary. Please confirm current production timelines before placing your order.

All bars are custom-made and handcrafted. The completion date provided is an estimate and may vary by a few days. We recommend not scheduling events strictly based on the estimated completion date.

📦 Pickup Policy

Once your order is ready, we will contact you to coordinate pickup.

Customers will have up to 30 days to claim their order. After this period, the order will be considered abandoned and non-refundable.

⚠️ Liability

We are not responsible for misuse of the bar or for events or services in which it is used.

The customer must inspect the product upon delivery or pickup. Acceptance confirms that the item is in satisfactory condition.

Minor variations in color, finish, or materials are normal due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
