🚚 Shipping / Pickup Policy

Please note: At this time, we do not offer shipping. All orders must be picked up in 1800 Santa Carolina Rd. Chula Vista, CA 91913.

Pickup Instructions:

• Once your order is ready, we will contact you to coordinate a pickup time.
• Customers have up to 30 days to pick up their order. After this period, the order will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.
• Please bring your order confirmation or ID to pickup.

Event Delivery / On-Site Services:

• We do not currently deliver to events. All orders must be picked up at our Chula Vista location.
  

Important Notes:

• Orders are custom-made and handcrafted; minor variations in color, finish, or materials are normal.
• Inspect your order upon pickup; acceptance confirms it is in satisfactory condition.
